The financial services sector is a significant contributor to Canada’s economic growth, employing over 600,000 Canadians in 2003 and having a yearly payroll of over $35 billion.

A Financial Services Representative maintains and grows the client portfolio by identifying and promoting personal banking solutions for clients total financial services needs and builds long term relationships.

Herzing College identified a financial services employment need and with the input of a sector advisory board developed a one year Financial Services Representative diploma program which includes a 2 month internship.

Herzing College has partnered with the Canadian Securities Institute to prepare our students to write the (IFC) Investment Funds in Canada certification exam. This will allow graduates to deal with Mutual Funds.
